سوابق و فعالیت ها

پیشینه حرفه ای :
فریدون بیگلری مسئول بخش پارینه سنگی موزه ملي ايران است. تخصص وی باستان شناسی دوره های پارینه سنگی قدیم و میانی ایران است و در این زمینه بررسی ها و کاوشهایی در نقاط مختلف کشور انجام داده که از میان این کاوشها می توان به کاوش در غار مرتاریک (بیستون، کرمانشاه)، کاوش در غار یافته (لرستان)، کاوش در غار های قلعه بزی (اصفهان) و اخیرا نیز کاوش در غار دربند (گیلان) اشاره کرد. وی در سال 1387 اولین موزه اختصاصی پارینه سنگی کشور را با همکاری سازمان میراث فرهنگی کرمانشاه در این شهر راه اندازی کرد. در حال حاضر وی سردبیری مجله بین المللی باستان شناسی ایران را به عهده دارد.

فعالیت ها و همکاری های بین المللی :
بیگلری تاکنون سرپرستي سه هيئت باستان شناسي مشترك ايراني- فرانسوي، ايراني- بلژيكي و ایرانی-ژاپنی را به عهده داشته كه كاوشها و بررسی هایی را در کرمانشاه، لرستان و فارس به انجام رسانده است. وی در سال 1385 با همكاري دو باستان شناس فرانسوي و بلژيكي نخستين گردهمايي تخصصی باستان شناسي پارينه سنگي ايران را در كنگره بين المللي پيش از تاريخ جهان در كشور پرتقال برگزار كرد كه سخنراناني از مراكز و سازمانهاي پژوهشي ايران، المان، بلژيك، ايالت متحده و چند كشور ديگر در آن نتايج جديد ترين پژوهشهاي خود را در اين زمينه ارايه كردند که نتایج آن در یک مجلد در تابستان سال 1388 در بریتانیا منتشر شد. علاوه بر اين تاكنون نزدیک به سی مقاله در نشريات تخصصی بين المللي (المان، انگليس، امريكا، فرانسه، جمهوري چك، ژاپن و مکزیک،) منتشر کرده و سخنرانی هایی نیز درباره باستان شناسی پارینه سنگی ایران در کشورهای ایرلند، ایالات متحده، فرانسه، ژاپن، سویس و پرتقال و همچنین در داخل کشور ارایه کرده است.
